
Monaco, 3 December 2025 – Last night, at the Rainier III Auditorium, the Junior Chamber of Monaco (JCEM) celebrated the 30th edition of the Business Creation Competition (CCE) during the Junior Chamber of Monaco Awards Ceremony, organized under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II. This annual event highlights the creativity and audacity of the new generation of entrepreneurs, Prince Albert II.
This annual event highlights the creativity and audacity of the new generation of entrepreneurs, following on from the 2024 edition, which had already celebrated the Principality’s economic dynamism. Since its creation in 1995, the CCE has been supporting project leaders aged 18 to 40 who wish to set up in Monaco, and recognizes the most promising initiatives in line with the economic and regulatory specificities of the territory.
An Anniversary Edition marked by the Evolution of the Competition

To mark this 30th edition, the JCEM introduced new awards dedicated to the success stories of the Business Creation Competition. These awards recognize three companies whose journeys illustrate the lasting impact of the competition on the local economy, each embodying a decade of this anniversary. The awards were presented to DITO, A Domicile Monaco and Carlo, three emblematic CCE projects whose development continues to actively contribute to the entrepreneurial dynamism of the Principality.
Winners of the 30th edition of the CCE:
• Prince’s Government Prize: €40,000 for Radio Chantier

Founded by Cyril Cros and Alexandre Mattelon, this company supports construction projects in the successful completion of operations. Using AI, they act as intermediaries between all decision-making on site and effective project management.
• Monaco Junior Chamber of Commerce Award: €21,000 for DataGreen

Led by Julien Choukroun, this entity offers a sustainable solution for reusing the energy emitted by data centres using an innovative process.

• Athos Partners Award: €10,000 for Meubles Monaco

Represented by Isobel Ridley, the company offers an innovative solution for managing resources, particularly residents’ furniture, through an online resale platform.

THE CCE CONCEPT

This initiative is carried out with the support of the Prince’s Government, the technical collaboration of the Economic Development Department and the Welcome Office, and the support of generous JCEM partners. It highlights promising projects and creates synergies with investors, potential partners, economic leaders and prominent figures in Monaco’s economic sphere.
Designed to help and support entrepreneurs in setting up their businesses in the Principality of Monaco, the Business Creation Competition (CCE) has already led to several business success stories. Previous winners include WES, Carlo App, Athos Partners, Papyrus, Bookvidéo, Le Teashop and My Marketing Xperience.
To participate, candidates must be:

• Project leaders.
• Aged between 18 and 40 during the current calendar year.
• Owners of at least 33% of the capital of their company, if already established, or of their future company.
• Be the manager or future manager of their company and meet the conditions for practising a professional activity in the Principality.
• All projects or companies presented must comply with Monegasque regulations and be intended for implementation in Monaco.
WHAT ARE THE CCE PRIZES?
• 1st place: Government Prize with a prize fund of €40,000
• 2nd place: JCEM Prize with a prize fund of €21,000
• Athos Partners Prize: €10,000
• Coup de Coeur Prize
