New lineup, powerful panels, and immersive night programming set the stage for a groundbreaking return this November.

Beatport Presents International Music Summit (IMS) Dubai 2025 is set to redefine the rhythm of the region as it returns on November 13–14 to the creative hub of 25hours Hotel One Central, a design-led venue facing the Museum of the Future. Following its sold-out debut, this year’s edition raises the bar even higher — merging music, culture, finance, and technology in a two-day summit that captures the beating heart of the global electronic movement across the MENA region.

The highly anticipated event welcomes a stellar lineup of artists and thought leaders, from global icons to rising stars. DJ Habibeats, Josh Baker, Gawdat, Nikka Lorak, Vanco, AYA, and Sarah Hardan join headliners HUGEL, Nicole Moudaber, Bedouin, Misty, Rolbac, Megatronic, and Jade, bringing a symphony of sounds and perspectives from every corner of the world.

Co-hosted by Nooriyah and IMS Co-Founder Pete Tong, the summit’s agenda bridges creativity and business, sparking conversations that go far beyond the dancefloor. Representatives from industry powerhouses like Spotify, YouTube, Sony Music Publishing, TikTok, WME, IFPI, and Untold Festival will lead dialogues shaping the future of global music culture.
A Deeper Conversation Between Music and Culture

In the Music & Culture Room, sessions dive into the artistry and evolution of the electronic scene, including:
- “The Pyramids Playbook: Staging Monumental Electronic Music Experiences” by Venture Lifestyle & P+US
- “Mahraganat: From the Streets to the Mainstream” by Believe
- “The Story Behind the Song of the Summer: Vanco ft AYA ‘Ma Tnsani’” — an exclusive first global interview with both artists
- “Is the DJ Booth the New Runway?” presented by Istituto Marangoni, exploring the bond between music and fashion
Each session celebrates creativity, identity, and the regional scenes redefining the global stage.
The Tech & Finance Frontier

In parallel, the Tech & Finance Room takes delegates on a journey through the business of beats. From “Rhythm & Return: Valuing Music as an Asset” to “Tokenization of Music: 101” and “Music in Gaming & Virtual Concerts”, discussions highlight how innovation is reshaping the industry’s future.

Here, Beatport.io, Polkadot, and Avalanche spotlight how Web3, NFTs, and blockchain are reinventing artist-fan relationships and transforming music economics. In a special session, Josh Baker sits down with Pete Tong for an intimate Beatport Connect conversation, while Nicole Moudaber opens up about her studio process in an exclusive Pete Tong DJ Academy session.
When the City Becomes the Stage

Beyond the summit walls, Dubai’s nightlife will pulse with exclusive performances. Delegates will enjoy access to the Official Pre-Party with Nicole Moudaber at Reunion (Nov 12), followed by Beatport Live sessions featuring emerging regional talents.
The rhythm continues with Beatport Live: Sunset Sessions (Nov 14), as well as curated showcases at the city’s most iconic venues — from Adriatique presents X at Ushuaïa Dubai Harbour Experience to Surf Club, Be Beach, and Monkey Bar.
The Spirit of Connection

On-site, Jameson Lounge transforms into a vibrant meeting point, blending music, storytelling, and community. Its Green Sofa Stage will host intimate artist talks and performances, embodying Jameson’s vision to champion culture beyond the glass.
IMS Dubai also continues to nurture new talent through its DJ search — one rising artist will earn the opportunity to perform live during the summit and receive a 1-year PRO Scholarship from the Pete Tong DJ Academy, plus full access to professional courses and a Delegate Badge.
Additionally, IMS Accelerator powered by KOR Protocol returns to empower the next wave of music-tech innovators, offering mentorship, partnerships, and the chance to present their startups on stage.
A Platform for Progress

As DJ Habibeats shared:
“I’m excited to be speaking at Beatport Presents IMS Dubai and to share ideas with such a diverse community of music professionals. It’s an exciting moment for electronic music across the region, and gatherings like this give us the chance to connect, learn, and help shape the future of the scene together.”

The energy builds ahead of the summit with pre-events including UNTOLD Dubai 2025 (Nov 6–9), Butterfly Carnival (Nov 8–9), and DSRPTD Radio’s Global Music Festival (Nov 11) — an artistic fusion of music, gaming, and cultural dialogue across Dubai.
