From May 23 to 25, 2025, SUNSET once again brought its signature energy to the shores of the Méridien Beach Plaza, lighting up Monaco’s Grand Prix weekend with three unforgettable days of music and art.

Founded by Thomas Peeters and Cédric Houdrouge, the festival celebrated its 12ᵗʰ edition with a sold-out crowd and an ever-expanding vision, cementing its reputation as one of the most creative and immersive experiences in Monaco.

By day, Sunsetters lounged in La Petite Plage, a laid-back, boho-chic oasis where low sofas, poufs, and beachside beats created the perfect setting for sun-drenched relaxation. Cocktails flowed, and the SUNSET
boutique – featuring exclusive merchandise and collector pieces offered guests a chance to take home a tangible piece of the magic. This year also marked the debut of Casa Sunset, a pop-up restaurant by Chef Paola Segura, who brought a modern twist to traditional Mexican flavors. Ingredients sourced directly from Mexico gave each dish authenticity and heart, turning each meal into a culinary journey. After dinner, the venue shifted into an intimate club-style after-hours experience, extending the festivities until 3 AM.

Spectacle in the sky, beats on the sand SUNSET 2025 delivered on its promise of artistic innovation with a stunning aerial ballet performed within a 15-meter heliosphere, suspended above the audience in a mesmerizing dance of light and movement. As night fell, the façade of the Méridien transformed into a canvas for immersive video projections, turning the venue itself into a living, glowing work of art.

On stage, internationally acclaimed DJ Pawsa and French electro duo Parrallele set the beach ablaze with high-voltage sets that kept the energy flowing well into the night.

Art met elegance with the presence of contemporary artist Richard Orlinski, whose monumental sculptures added dramatic flair to the beachfront setting. Meanwhile, staff uniforms were designed by Alter Design, the brand founded by Pauline Ducruet, perfectly balancing style and coastal cool. The weekend culminated in a spectacular fireworks display over the sea – a fitting close to three days of creativity, celebration, and freedom spirit.
