Dubai, UAE – April 2025 – A new icon is about to be unveiled in the heart of Dubai. Set to open its doors on Thursday, April 3rd, Maison Dali promises to redefine the city’s dining scene with a visionary blend of Mediterranean-Japanese flavours, Michelin-starred craftsmanship, and surrealist artistry. Nestled within the architectural marvel of The Opus by Dame Zaha Hadid in Business Bay, Maison Dali is the latest homegrown concept from Culinary Arts Group, led by the acclaimed three-Michelin-starred chef Tristin Farmer.

Crafted for Dubai, by Dubai, Maison Dali elevates casual dining with a spirited, sophisticated brasserie experience. Here, simplicity is layered with nuance — each dish a masterpiece revealing intricate dimensions of flavour and creativity. Drawing from Mediterranean traditions and Japanese techniques, the menu presents an inspired array of dishes: from the delicate King Crab Ceviche with fermented pineapple and trout roe, to the opulent Smoked Lobster Donabe adorned with black truffle, and the indulgent Wood Fired Duck complemented by hoisin sauce and plum kosho.

For those who appreciate plant-based innovation, Maison Dali’s vegetarian offerings stand out, featuring inventive plates such as Potato Mochi with cacio e pepe and black truffle, and the delectable Cauliflower Milanese paired with Dali’s signature sriracha.

The beverage experience, curated by Beverage Director Vitor Hugo Lourenco, is equally avant-garde. The BARTENDER cocktail program draws inspiration from the seven global art disciplines, offering sensory-forward creations like Symphony, Mist, and Lunar. Meanwhile, the sophisticated non-alcoholic selection reimagines wine and sake profiles, with complex zero-proof options like French Rose kombucha and Tomato, a smoky blend of cherry and Arabica.

Designed by YDesign, the interiors of Maison Dali channel the surrealist genius of Salvador Dalí, combining whimsical details, rich textures, and atmospheric lighting to create an immersive, highly photogenic environment. A private dining room for 12 guests, a city-view terrace, and the soon-to-be-revealed Dali Supper Club add further layers to this one-of-a-kind destination.

With its bold artistic spirit, exceptional cuisine, and dynamic atmosphere, Maison Dali is set to become the ultimate playground for Dubai’s creative souls, discerning gourmands, and lovers of all things extraordinary.
