A Vision Brought to Life

Designed by renowned Belgian architect Olivier Dwek, LAC is more than just an exhibition space—it’s a testament to Jean-Michel Attal’s lifelong passion for contemporary art. The venue is dedicated to showcasing his personal collection while fostering the growth of emerging artists both in France and abroad.  

The space also aims to invigorate the Parisian art scene through a diverse array of cultural programming, including temporary exhibitions, concerts, and other artistic events.  

A Collector’s Journey  

Reflecting on his inspiration for LAC, Jean-Michel Attal explains:  

“The name of this place echoes my love of oriental traditions and art. As for this first exhibition, I wanted it to reflect the way I’ve built up my collection over more than forty years, with artists who are highly recognized, others who are less so, unfairly in my opinion, and finally some on the road to recognition, whom I’ve appreciated and supported since their beginnings.”

This ethos is evident in LAC’s inaugural exhibition, which celebrates a dynamic blend of established masters and rising stars, presenting their work in a fresh and engaging dialogue.  

Open to All  

LAC welcomes visitors every Saturday from 2 to 6 PM (excluding exceptional closures). Private viewings can also be arranged by emailing contact.attal.lac@gmail.com.
