Homolog unveiled its opulent Fall/Winter 2024-2025 couture collection at the esteemed Tennis de la Cavalerie, nestled adjacent to the Paris Tower, during Paris Fashion Haute Couture Week. Creative Director Emily Cheong and her elite team showcased a collection that epitomizes the pinnacle of Homolog's haute couture craftsmanship—a symphony of thousands of creative visions seamlessly woven into garments that exude unparalleled comfort, beauty, and elegance. The collection's style remains an exquisite blend of conservatism and mystery, celebrating the quintessence of nobility and refined elegance.
This season, Homolog's collection pays an extravagant homage to "feng shui and astrology," drawing inspiration from the world's most illustrious cultures and interpreting these elements with the highest caliber of artistry. The resulting pieces are timeless masterpieces, designed to transcend generations. A centerpiece of the show was a mesmerizing tennis ball art installation, conceived and crafted by IMG Focus. This installation, representing the nine stars of the Big Dipper, underscores the Feng Shui theme. In Malaysian, Singaporean, Chinese, Thai, and Indonesian mythology, the Big Dipper governs human destiny, orchestrating the cosmic balance of heaven and earth, the four seasons, and the distribution of the five elements.
The nine stars—Greedy Wolf, Giant Gate, Luk Cun, Wen Qu, Lian Zhen, Wu Qu, Broken Army, Left Aid, and Right Aid—symbolize the profound celestial forces that shape the world's fate. Homolog's latest collection magnificently intertwines these deep-seated themes with the timeless allure and grandeur of haute couture, presenting a spectacle of luxury and sophistication that is destined to leave an indelible mark on the world of fashion.
