Margaret Qualley, CHANEL ambassador and lead actress in *The Substance*, stunned in a custom black silk velvet gown with an open-back design and flowing train. Inspired by CHANEL’s Spring-Summer 2005 Ready-to-Wear collection, the dress took 153 hours to craft.

Qualley accessorized with CHANEL High Jewelry, including the “Motif Russe” necklace, “Étoile Filante” bracelet, and “Pluie de Comètes” ring, all in 18K white gold and diamonds. She later performed a James Bond tribute dance, introduced by Halle Berry.  

 

Fernanda Torres’ Regal Black Ensemble

Best Actress nominee Fernanda Torres, honored for *I’m Still Here*, dazzled in a black mesh and guipure gown featuring a silk chiffon skirt with ruffled feather embroidery. The look, inspired by CHANEL’s Spring-Summer 2025 collection, required 450 hours of craftsmanship and 2,000 embroidery elements.

Her accessories included CHANEL High Jewelry, featuring the “Jeanne” ring and “Premiers Brins” earrings, both in 18K white gold and diamonds.  

 

Lupita Nyong’o’s Pearl-Adorned Masterpiece

Lupita Nyong’o, a presenter and lead actress in *Wild Robot*, opted for a pleated ivory charmeuse gown with an embroidered resille bustier, featuring silver crystal bugle beads, pearls, and tassels. Inspired by CHANEL’s Haute Couture Spring-Summer 1991 collection, the gown required 660 hours of work and 22,410 embroidery elements.  

 

Nyong’o accessorized with CHANEL High Jewelry, including the “Colibri” bracelet (styled in her hair), “Signature de Perles” earrings, and the “Motif Russe” ring, all in white gold, diamonds, and cultured pearls.  

 

Lily-Rose Depp’s Camellia-Inspired Couture

Lily-Rose Depp, a CHANEL ambassador, captivated in a black floral lace halter gown with a peplum embroidered in sequins, crystals, and pearls forming a camellia motif. Inspired by CHANEL’s Haute Couture Spring-Summer 1995 collection, the dress required 515 hours and 191,000 embroidery elements.  

 

She accessorized with CHANEL High Jewelry, including the “Motif Russe” necklace and bracelet and the “Zina” ring in 18K white gold and diamonds.  

 

Penélope Cruz’s Draped Chiffon Elegance

Penélope Cruz, a long-time CHANEL muse, stunned in a white silk chiffon gown with jeweled buttons, inspired by CHANEL’s Haute Couture Spring-Summer 1992 collection. The 254-hour masterpiece was paired with CHANEL High Jewelry, including “Soleil” earrings, the “Comète Aubazine” brooch, and a 5.52-carat yellow diamond ring.  

 

Margaret Qualley’s Second Look: Radiant in Red
